Abigail Burch is a London based illustrator, who uses expressive lines and colour to create playful illustrations filled with joy and humour. She draws inspiration from both the natural world and the people and places around her, to create cute and quirky characters full of charm and personality. Whether it’s a naughty pup she spots on her daily walk, a vintage book she discovers at a local charity shop or a snippet of conversation overheard at her favourite meal of the day, brunch. She finds inspiration in the everyday and is always jotting down ideas and doodling characters. Combining hand drawn and digital techniques, Abigail enjoys incorporating inky lines and handmade textures using her trusty (and growing) collection of brush pens to bring her work to life. She has worked on a wide range of projects, from children’s books to editorial illustrations and brand campaigns. With a BA in Graphic Design and an MA in Illustration, Abigail’s bold, distinctive style appeals to both adults and children alike
